Sister Bestrice, Beatrice No-Name, Beatrice Tonteri- Young, Beatrice Voyant, and countless other headcanons and fan names. No matter her name, she is still the same Beatrice, a freewheeling, secret, ass-kicking (ex) nun. She is the representation I knew I always wanted but never expected to have.

At first, I thought Beatrice was a stick in the mud, and that I would find my comfort in Ava. But Beatrice came in like a whirlwind and blew me away. And in the end, she became a mirror I see myself in. We don't share a sexuality, or religion, but I still find myself turning to her for inspiration when I feel alone. Warrior Wun would not be the show it is without Beatrice. She stands along side Ava, not only as her partner, but as a mentor, teacher, tutor, and roommate. She helps Ava become the best Warrior Nun possible, and also helps her become the best version of herself. And in helping Ava become better, Beatrice also grows. Watching her go from fighting for a cause to fighting for a cause of her own has impacted me greatly. She comes to realize that "what you are is beautiful" is true.

As she learned to love herself it helped me learn to love myself too. Even though loving yourself is hard, seeing Beatrice's persistent self-love gives me hope. She has taught me to continue even when in pain or when I've wanted to give up. She makes me feel strong, and brings me comfort and gives me joy. She has taught me to be brave, to be myself, to stand up for what I think is right, and for the people I love.

I've learned to let go of the fear that was holding me back, and learned to push through the pain when I've wanted to quit. I've grown to let go, to Bea free.
