Witchbomb 2 Fandom Memories

One month ago, the cast members from Warrior Nun and Motherland Fort Salem gathered at the Renaissance Heathrow Hotel in London for Starfury: Witchbomb 2. Both fandoms took to X/Twitter during that weekend to share the amazing content with their fellow Halobearers and Switches. The OCS Newsletter wanted to celebrate the event by offering a permanent place for both fandoms to share their memories. Our appreciations goes out to everyone that participated and all those that provided online coverage during the weekend.

There is so many. This Witchbomb I also attend MFS panels, and it was a blast. But my favorite memory was when KTY personally thanked me for the gift after we took photo.

At Lorena's meet and greet she was talking about her and Toya ferry fight and she said that at some point she kicked Toya and didn't even feel to sorry about it cuz Toya kicked her before.

I had a wonderful time. It was nice to see all my people again, even met some new ones. I think this WB was more relaxed, we all had a blast. MFS cast is just joy, they are funny and like to interact with the fans. Meet & greets were totally relaxed with a lot of interactions. Staff was also super nice and helpful.

I asked Lorena and Kristina to sign a very personal item that was given to me by my father when I was a child. He passed away last year and they both kindly listened to the story behind my request and were simply amazing. Warm and kind. I cannot begin to tell you how grateful I was during those moments. Dad would have loved them both.

1. Meeting up with my Team Members from the Unholy Circle, hello @102000QP and @SavinWarriorNun - these two dudes are awesome!

2. Meeting quite a few more friends, young and old! You guys made this weekend unforgettable and I'm really thankful for it! You rock and stay awesome (but drink less energy drinks o.o)

3. Seeing other old friends again, especially the french ones ;)

5. Meeting EVERY halo bearer in the three magpies pub (Mr. Krabs having the time of his life!)

1. KTY meeting the famous Mr. Krabs and her laugh when we hold him up in the air! Sadly KTY thinks that Mr Krabs won't retire soon :(

2. Mr Krabs meeting the Motherland Fort Salem mascot which is a wonderful pic! (and a lot bigger than Mr Krabs!!!)

3. Telling everyone who wanted a DvD cover from me to look for an orange jacket and the confused monkey shirt - and then other people using my clothes as a point of interest ("Come find the orange jacket and confused monkey shirt - we want to practice our shout!")

Great event, wonderful to be able to be around people with a common love of two amazing shows that should never have been cancelled. Definitely felt like being within an accepting community

The whole weekend was full of memories I'll never forget and it's impossible to choose only one but I'll say during the Taylor Hickson and Amalia Holm panel, I went up and asked them about their character's wedding vows in season 3 of Motherland fort Salem and if they remembered them because we didn't get to hear them in the show. They didn't remember them but one of the Switches in the audience somehow had the vows in their phone so they gave it to Taylor and Amalia and they read the vows to each other in front of all of us

Favorite Story

In the Taylor/Amalia/Jessica Sutton panel, someone asked them if they had any secret useless talent and Jessica said that she could close her nostrils but she is embarrassed she can do it because her family teases her for it. So I went up to ask them a question and I said to Jessica that I can OPEN my nostrils. She got SO excited so she got off stage and she came in front of me to ask me if I could do it so she could see😆 And then she said "let's sing together" and she closed her nostrils and I opened mine and then I couldn't hold it together anymore and I couldn't stop laughing 🤣

Anything else you want to add

It was an unforgettable weekend (I proposed to KTY🤣) and I have never felt this way before in my life. I feel so lucky I got the chance to live it. I am so happy I got to meet all the gorgeous halo bearers and Switches that were there and I wouldn't trade the memories we created together for the world. I hope we meet again IN THIS LIFE! 🙌🏻
